Support for returning citizens

The IRC is composed of more than 90 people throughout Illinois, committed to supporting a strong and effective reentry system for people leaving incarceration. Its diverse membership includes formerly incarcerated people, elected and appointed officials, policy advocates, realtors, service providers, academics, and representatives of philanthropic organizations.

Our team worked with Hannah Rebernick to design and develop the entirety of this website– then our fastest and highest-performing site to date, scoring 92/100 for speed on Google’s pagespeed testing.
